Where can I get my hands on your flowers?
At any of the farmers markets we attend, directly from our farm or by prior arrangement we can deliver to Melbourne or surrounding areas.
I don't want to miss out at the market
Our flowers often sell out at the farmers markets we attend. So we can't guarantee the flowers you wanted will be available whenever you arrive. So if FOMO is your concern then we encourage you to purchase your flowers online at least 48 hours prior to the market and you don't have to worry about missing out.
Where do you deliver?
We are available for weddings and events throughout Victoria. We offer a limited delivery service for other flowers to suburbs within 15Km of the Melbourne CBD. Otherwise pickup is available at our farm in Kinglake, or one of the many farmers markets we attend around the Melbourne every week.
What is your refund policy?
All refunds are decided on a case by case basis. If you're not completely satisfied contact us. We promise if your unhappiness is any fault of ours we offer to fix it.
Do you use pesticides and herbicides at the flowerfarm ?
No, we use lots natural lots of animal poop, worms and love. We use no till farm techniques minimising soil disturbance.
Can I come out and visit the flower farm?
We would love to see you. You can book an event or simply a time to visit us and pick your own flowers out. We are a perfect day trip from the Melbourne CBD, come and visit us and the Kinglake surrounds and continue on to the Yarra Valley.
How do I get my flowers to last longer?
Great question! Your flowers will already last long than most as we cut our flowers within 24 hours of sale. But there are still things you can do to make even our flowers to last longer. Here’s a few tips and tricks that you can try to keep your flowers living longer.
– Remove all lower leaves from flowers so they aren’t in the water
– Trim the stems regularly
– Change the water every other day
– Avoid direct sunlight .
– Add a tablespoon of sugar to the water. The sugar will help feed the flowers and help opening of the blooms

We’re committed to our Flower patch to Posy promise which means specific varieties of flowers may differ each week based on seasonality and availability. We try our best to match what you see on the site but sometimes we will have to substitute colour or varieties. We always ensure we will send something similar and just as beautiful.
